The Study On Evaluation Index System Of Document Assurance Of Key Univeristy Discipline

In recent years, the key discipline construction of universities has developed rapidly and accordingly security of information resources has also attracted wide attention in academia. Evaluation research of document information security is the further development of the key disciplines'document information security study and has a practical value. The paper carried out basic research into evaluation of the key disciplines'document information security and constructed a key disciplines'document information security evaluation index system.The paper includes four parts.Chapter one introduces the background and significance of the research, research method and research value. Chapter two reviews the historical development of the key disciplines'document information security, including its theory and practice. The domestic and foreign relevant assessment standards are described in detail. This chapter serves as a theoretical framework. Chapter three is the main body. On the basis of theoretical study, the paper constructs index system for evaluating document assurance level of key university discipline. Expert advice and recommendations on the evaluation index system are obtained by means of expert investigation method. The weight of each index of the index system was determined also by statistical average method. Chapter four is the conclusion. A supplement to the research process is made, and it also points out the direction for the future study.
