This paper focus on the research of software credibility, especially on the Run-Time software testing and control methods. In this paper, Start from reliable model of the Run-Time software testing, we try to establish a general new software testing frame. The main content of this paper are as follows:1) According to the situation of resource occupied by different program, and the variables variety on Run-Time, we established a new software reliable model. Based on the research of the State Space of a Run-Time software, we expand the types of variables in order to make the prediction of the software risk values more comprehensive. Types of statistical object include integer values, float values and logical integer values.2) Further analysis of the statistics object of the Run-Time software was given, in order to reduce the number of statistics object, to improve the prediction of the Run-Time software risk, and makes the Run-Time software more practicable by monitoring. From a procedural structure, process variable coupling appear in the assignment statement. A variable assignment is based on the value of other variables as well as the variable operator.3) Many experiments have been executed, and the results proved the validity of the Run-Time software testing frame.4) The run-time software testing framework can be used in actual projects which require extremely high reliability when it is well improved, such as air navigation system, aerospace system, automatic control systems, banking service system, etc. The testing framework can detect system defects and errors on the running-time, and ensure high-safety of high reliable system.
