| With the fast growing of real estate, elevator industry, one of the chains in real estate, is also growing fast. Elevator corporations all over the world have established joint venture or 100% foreign investment companies, which led to an intensive competition between these elevator companies. With the mature of elevator market, customers become more and more professional, projects become more and more large and quality focused, requirements become personalized and diversified. These trends and characteristics make customers demands more extensive and flexible services with troubleshooting and the level of service, which presented a challenge on personnel qualification, service sense, service system and the ability of management. Elevators are highly complicated products which integrates mechanics, electronic and information technology. There will be a lot of problems need to be troubleshooted during research, design, installation and maintenance. Currently technicians troubleshoot with their own experience in minds, which led to a long time to solve the problem and undocumented knowledge to share with others. Therefore, in addition to put more resource on research and development, it is also vital for companies to provide service with high quality and efficiency, solve problems quickly.Nowadays, AI technology is widely used in fault diagnose system. As one of the branches of AI, case-based reasoning, with its advantage in easy acquisition, high adaptivity, easy maintenance, has become an effective method in solving undetermined and complicated problems. This thesis dedicates on the research of applying case-based reasoning to elevator fault diagnostic on the basis of research works of others and the reality of company. An elevator fault diagnose system is developed to provide quick location of problem and solutions to solve the problem.First this thesis investigates on the theory of case-based reasoning, including case presenting, organizing and indexing, retrieving, similarity computing, adjusting and self-learning and storing. Then according to the features of elevators, this thesis designed the algorithm of reasoning. Finally on the basis of the algorithm, this thesis analyses and designs the elevator fault diagnose system including planning of hardware and software, designing of subsystems, data model and business logic. |
