The Design And Implementation Of An Employee Reimbursement System Based On Sap Netweaver

As SAP and other forms of ERP software are implemented and applied successfully in various large enterprises nowadays, they have changed the situation of current business operations, making those enterprises with more rapidly response speed and high efficiency. While on the other hand, the complexity of software which leads to the operation difficulty and incomplete supporting ability turn out to be an inevitable problem in current enterprise information construction.To aim at solving those issues mentioned in the enterprise information construction, we take a reimbursement system as an example to research the availability and usability of NetWeaver platform-based application. In detail, the system is developed by SAP Adobe Forms Services, Web Dynpro, and SAP BPM workflow services.SAP Adobe Interactive Form can not only develop Interactive Digital Form with ease and efficiency, but also realize the interaction with Web Dynpro applications through Adobe Document Service. In addition to that, Web Dynpro applications can be easily integrated into the SAP NetWeaver EP framework, which made human resource integrated in SAP NetWeaver platform available. The workflow services based on SAP NetWeaver BPM can be integrated by business process of ERP system and non-ERP system through Web Dynpro.The architecture of the implementation of system is three-tier structure based on Web Dynpro. The presentation layer is implemented by Web Dynpro Component and Adobe Interaction Form; the business layer is coordinating and controlling the whole component using the main controller of Web Dynpro and implement the interaction of data through presentation and the business layer. In detail, it is providing the BAPI for the Web Dynpro to invoke. Meanwhile, using the application of SAP NetWeaver BPM to define the business process not only implemented the basic function but implemented the customized function as well. Business process customization made the clients-oriented business process available.This will not only make view layer easier to use, but also reuse the original ERP application, SAP NetWeaver based developed enterprises applications fully take advantage of extensibility of ERP system, which enhance the integrity, real-time and consistency of business data.
