This thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of WebsphereMQ fault maintenance and presents that introduce case-based reasoning intoWebsphere MQ fault maintenance according to the characteristics of the case-basedreasoning technology.This thesis has systematically studied the key technology in applying case-basedreasoning to Websphere MQ fault maintenance,including Websphere MQ faultmaintenance said,Websphere MQ fault maintenance retrieval,Websphere MQ faultmaintenance modification and Websphere MQ fault maintenance base maintenance,etc. The object-oriented method is used to represent Websphere MQ fault maintenance.For the feature attributes in the Websphere MQ fault maintenance, attribute similaritycalculation method based on the vector space model is used to calculate the attributesimilarity;nearest neighbor algorithm is used to calculate the global similarity.Finally,according to the in-depth study of case-based reasoning, this thesispreliminary designs and sets up the Websphere MQ fault maintenance system basedon case-based reasoning; introduces the system framework,function module dividingand workflow.The research results of this thesis will offer the theoretical support and thecorresponding software support for the Websphere MQ fault maintenance work,enhance the company’s ability to maintain Websphere MQ failure,and improve theefficiency of enterprise technical staff. Meanwhile,by applying case-based reasoningto Websphere MQ fault maintenance,this thesis will provide a good idea for the studyof software failures intelligent maintenance issues and open up a new case-basedreasoning technology application field. |
