With the rapid development of computer technology, augmented reality has been widely used. Augmented Reality achieves the scene interaction using combination of the virtual scene and the real scene. It has a broad application prospects in the industrial, entertainment, military, scientific research, as well as in daily life.There are still some important issues on Augmented Reality, this dissertation studies dynamic texture recognition technology and partial reconstruction technique. A new dynamic texture recognition method has been proposed, which can identify the video dynamic texture region fastly and accurately; Camera's internal and external parameters have been recovered with Bundler system. A new method has been proposed to recover the three-dimensional velocity of fluid particles using the camera's parameters and optical flow; According to the three-dimensional velocity of fluid particles, the region of fluid has been reconstructed using OpenGL and particle system, which lays a foundation for further research on Augmented Reality.This dissertation has studied the key technology of combination of the virtual scene and the real scene based on dynamic texture recognition on Augmented Reality, which lays a foundation for enhancing the scene interaction. The methods, ideas and achievements in this dissertation play an important catalytic and facilitating role in further research on Augmented Reality.
