Application of CAS, Surgeons can obtain three.dimensional information of Surgical site before the operation, who is easy to formulate an accurate surgical planning. According to the case of lesions, surgeons decide the size of incision in operation, which make the smallest of wound. The ultimate goal of this subject is applying Augmented Reality (AR) technology the surgical navigation system, which provide more intuitive medical information to the surgeon and help surgeons to improve the quality of surgery.We study Augmented Reality technology based on surgical navigation, presenting three.dimensional reconstruction system in grating projection. Two cameras is needed in such a system to film the same goal, according to the principle of stereo vision of location of the target, and using projector projection grating and obtain feature points of the object surface, the real datas of the object surface are obtained by the computer processing technology and the principle of stereo vision, reconstructing the data of 3.D object surface. The method is simple, efficient, fast, etc, and would not have an adverse effect to patients. The following work has been completed:First, the article discusses the Concept, Related Technology and Current Situation in augmented reality technique and Structured light three.dimensional reconstruction technique. Augmented reality technique in Surgical navigation is studied. The technology of structured light coding is analyzed. Three.dimensional reconstruction system in grating projection is put forward. three.dimensional reconstruction system and structure module are designed.Second, the article studies grating projection technique using Gray code and line.shift fringe. Under Medical reconstruction background , based on the method of structured light coding analysis and compare, Coding Technology of Gray code and line.shift fringe, greatly improves Sampling corresponding rate and sampling densities, effectively solve the lack of surface texture, easy to be identified by Computer Image System. Research on the principle of binocular Stereo Vision and the Method of Three.dimensional Reconstruction , Mathematics Model of Three.dimensional reconstruction system in grating projection of Coding Technology of Gray code and line.shift fringe is given.Third, the article discusses feature points which search a best matching point in another image, finally merge overlapped image area data in twain images. Combination of rough matching(coded value corresponding method) and Accuracy Matching(Epipolar constraint criteria) is proposed. This paper studied the image processing, using adaptive segmentation method extracts the character points of targets.Fourth, This paper introduces the Knowledge of OpenGL, Triangulation of space point is studied. based on the research of opengl 3 d graphic Display Software, Three.dimensional reconstruction of Face Model is realize on VC++ 6.0.We studied a survey on Augmented.Reality.Based IGS System in Basic Stage, which can provide technical reference to the system to Robotic Minimally Invasive Surgery System. On the base of the definition about Three.dimensional Reconstruction is applied Follow.up of Tracking and visual display. The algorithms and experiments are useful in researching for the Surgery with Telepresence Based on Virtual Reality.
