Food safety is an important event about the lives of ordinary people and the lifeline of Food companies' survival and development. At present, the way of refrigerated transport had become an important method for food quality and safety protection--perishable food and fresh food is controlled in the moderate low temperature environment. Refrigerated transport industry is becoming more competitive now. Therefore, all kinds of refrigerated transport companies need to meet the urgent demand for information management platform, to improve companies'management level and efficiency.In view of refrigeration transportation enterprise's characteristic and existing problems, designed and implemented refrigerated transportation information management system which based on B/S(Browser/Server) architecture. The development of system used RUP(Unified Process), UML(Unified Modeling Language), three-tier architecture, ADO.NET(Data Access Technology) and other key technologies. According to RUP divided the overall system development process into system requirements capture, system analysis and design, system implementation three stages. Carried on the demand analysis to the system, established use case model, use case scenario model and business entity model by use of UML. In system analysis and design phase, this paper used UML to establish the system's analysis model and design model, used ASP.NET three-tier architecture to built system architecture, and completed the design of database. In the implementation phase, described the realization of the software architecture, the page style, ADO.NET data access, GDI+(Graphics Device Interface) and other technologies or functional modules. Finally, through some operation instances, described the system's main function modules and operation.The refrigerated transportation information management system designed by this article, effectively solved the problems in the temperature detection data management and freight information management. By using this system, enterprises could carry on the information registration according to the business process of refrigerating transportation. Users can easily find freight information during special period and view the details of the temperature data. Temperature detection data display on curve, so users could know the temperature changes in refrigeration vehicle during transport process. With beautiful interface, easy operation and clear business process, this system can effectively improve the management level and efficiency of refrigerated transport enterprises, promote the quality of customer service and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
