Research Of Cement Enterprise Business Intelligence Information System Based On Pentaho

At present, the cement production technology and equipment has been great progress, corresponding China's cement industry has achieved fast development, China has been the world's superpower cement produc-tion for 25 consecutive years. With the vigorous development of cement industry, the informatization of domestic cement enterprises has been gradually deepening, domestic cement companies have applied such as human resources management system, financial management system or ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems, etc. Along with the extensive use of such information management systems, a new phenomenon "data overflow, knowledge poor" is very widespread. To resolve this problem, it is necessary to introduce business intelligence information system in ce-ment companies.By analyzing the actual situation of cement companies and the curr-ent status of business intelligence technology, proposed a solution of the cement enterprise business intelligence basis on Pentaho building on ERP system, and studied the system architecture of the solution.By researching the access pattern of the business intelligence infor-mation system, proposed the three-tier structure model based on B/S to achieve accessing the cement enterprise business intelligence information system. Studied the main modules of the cement enterprise business intelligence information system, including enterprise reporting, cube analysis, any query and analysis, statistical analysis and data mining, report distribution and early warning, and studied the specific design of the business intelligence information system based on Pentaho, such as process, OLAP, ETL and Analysis interface.By researching the realization of the business intelligence informa-tion system, such as Mondiran, Kettle, Weka, Birt, etc, developed the cement business intelligence information system, it could be efficient and stable operation, and could realize the multi-dimensional analysis of cement sales and a range of other functions, the analysis results intuitive and reliable, could provide decision support for the cement.
