Automatic Semantic Web Services Composition plays a crucial role in the process of Web Services Research. The development of it makes great sense to the integration and communication of the isomerous and distributed systems. This thesis will focuse on this issue.Firstly, the research background of the thesis is briefly introduced, including the Web Services, Semantic Web and Ontology. After which the state of the art of the Automatic Semantic Web Services Composition technology is elaborated.Secondly, aiming at the problem of relatively low efficiency for the current Automatic Semantic Web Services Composition algorithms in the aspect of time expense and success ratio, an automatic semantic web service composition based on OWL-S called OWL-T2M is proposed. The method takes full advantage of the upper ontologies of OWL-S to obtain the atomic services based on the service request and the minimum satisfaction threshold and then put them into two DAGs. And then we generate the candidate itemset from the two DAGs from which we will get the Web service composition requested finally. Comparing with the existing methods,OWL-T2M proposed has considered the semantic of the Web services together with the efficiency of the composition and also realized the automatic semantic web service composition according to the service request in ensuring the quality of it.Finally, basing on OWL-T2M method, this thesis makes a comparative test with other automatic semantic web service composition methods using the test data which is released currently called OWLS-TC v2.2. Then the test result is indicated diagrammatically and some analysises were made on it.
