This thesis chooses the readings of Mongolian children as research object and tries to discuss how to design a good reading for Mongolian children from the perspective of editing, thinking feature and marketing. Reading for children is also one category of reading books. Its editing process involves collecting information, defining topic, modifying manuscripts and circulating. Among these, choosing a topic is key to edit a good reading for Mongolian children. On the basis of the development and future of publishing business of readings for Mongolian children since the building of People's Republic of China and reforming and opening up policy, this thesis summarizes previous experiments, look forwards its future development and put forwards some suggestions for its design.The present thesis consists of five chapters. Introduction chapter introduces literature review, the goal and significance of the present topic, research content and methods. Chapter One discusses how to define the topic of readings for Mongolian children and its circulation. Chapter Two makes a analysis of designing process and focuses on children's thinking feature of reading and parents'thinking feature of purchasing reading books. Chapter Three examines the existing problem of marketing situation of readings for Mongolian children and puts forwards some solutions. The last chapter is a conclusion of the whole chapter.
