In recent years, the development of digital power is rapid. The part of power control is stepping into the digital-direction with the miniaturization and high-speed of the components. As a result of digitization, it realizes the intelligence of power control part, the generalization of components and the long distance-watch. According to development trend of the power market, the user of power is gowering,however, Conventional pid control arithmetic always control the feedback signal of system in the control process of power feedback circuit, in recent years ,which can not realize good control impact. To this characteristic, In this paper, a kind of intelligent control system of digital power is designed, in which TMS320F2812 (DSP) as the main control core is adopted , using conventional pid control arithmetic and Auto Disturbances Rejection control arithmetic in the feedback control system ,through detecting and adjusting the voltage and current of the load and frequency to realize the intelligent control of the power.According to the requirement of the subject design, it completes the choice of CPU, external circuit design, which include the power supply circuit, sensor signal conditioning circuit, keyboard and LCD display circuit and etc.The combination of auto-disturbance-rejection and the classical PID arithmetic is used to complete the control of different loads. The compile the simulation arithmetic adopts S-function, and the actual programming of the algorithm adopts C language dispersed programming. Signal acquisition and control are developed under the development environment of CCS with the C language and modular programming. Simulation results and practical application show that the control system using ADRC has steady-state output of waveform with high precision, strong anti-interference capacity, excellent dynamic performance, better control affection, as well as a good application prospects.
