Because of the simple and good control performance and stability,the auto disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is expected to be a new generation of mainstream industrial controllers with the development of the research.With the increasing capacity of the thermal power unit,it is urgent to introduce a new controller to improve the control effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce auto disturbance rejection control into the control of the thermal power unit to improve the control level of thermal power units.Firstly,this paper introduced related basic theories of ADRC and the optimization of the parameters.The principle of tracking differential,extended state observer and nonlinear error function are introduced,and the mathematical expression is given.And then,the parameter tuning method of ADRC is briefly introduced.Secondly,the idea of artificial bee colony algorithm is studied.Aiming at the problem of algorithm,the artificial bee colony algorithm is improved.And the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is tested.Then,the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is applied to the mathematical modeling of the controlled object and the parameter optimization of the ADRC.Then,the identification program and parameter optimization program of the controlled object are written on the Matlab software platform.And the auto disturbance rejection controller with the identification transfer function as the control object is successfully realized.The control effect of the auto disturbance rejection controller on the thermal process of the supercritical unit is verified.And it is compared with the cascade PID control scheme.Finally,on the panysimu simulation platform,the auto disturbance rejection controller is written and introduced,and the control parameters are input into the ADRC.The control experiment of the steam temperature system and the feed water system of the supercritical unit are completed successfully.Then the control effects of the auto disturbance rejection control scheme and the cascade PID control scheme are compared.The good control performance and reliability of the ADRC are verified,which can be used for the application of auto disturbance rejection controller in the thermal process control of supercritical units.
