Some problems, such as reboot and unstable signals, had occured while our acoustic oceanographic buoy was working. After inspecting them carefully, we discover that they are caused by huge-power data acquisition and bad heat dissipation, and the noise interrrupiton from hard disk.To deal with the problems, we try to use ARM9 and Windows CE to construct Single Channel Noise Data Acquisition System to improve the current data Acquisition System. The design aims to implement the single-channel data acquisition and storage, minimize the power of acquisition System, complete the stored data, to make the system run stably in the laboratory.In this paper we firstly introduce the design of the system, relating to the hardware and software. Then, we complete the PCB design and the transplantation of the Windows CE Operation System. Finally we compile two programs to implement the data acquisition and deposit.The key of the paper is the design of the hardware platform and the implementation of application program.
