With the popularity of computer networks, Computer Aided Design (CAD) has been used in our life widely. CAD has made a great contribution for the economic, political, military, and cultural development, including in educational measurement. Educational Measurement has a history of nearly a century. It was raised in 1920s and then developed rapidly. Educational measurement has produced a series of measurement formula in the process of development, such as reliability, validity, difficulty, discrimination, and so on. All of these formulas have made a great contribution for educational development, however, they are general and there is still no specific formula for a discipline. The application of computer aided educational measurement makes it possible to improve the formula. Computer has the characteristics of dealing with large amount of information and high speed. So the research of computer aided educational measurement is a very meaningful work.This study aimed at "The Basic Course of Computer" and took the students of Guangxi Normal University as a sample. The research studied and discussed the computational formula on educational measurement. Then the research put forward the improved computational formula for the course. It was proved to be good results through the experiment.The paper primarily was in progressed with the following aspects:(1) The paper investigated the computer basic of two grade students after the enrollment. Then the research made a survey system for the questionnaire. So the master can have purposeful teaching according to the result of questionnaire. The result was prepared for the content validity of students' test.(2)The paper analyzed the setting of difficulty, the tactic of test combination and the setting of option. The research introduced how to dynamically set and modify the difficulty of the examination, and two methods to measure the equivalency of examination paper: the degree of difficulty and knowledge points. The two methods were both proved to be feasible.(3) The paper introduced concepts about educational measurement, measuring method and formulas. However, these formulas were not aimed at one discipline specially. The research advanced a series of formulas for "The Basic Course of Computer" and made corresponding improvements. The theory was hoped to be extended to other disciplines. (4) The paper introduced a measuring method to evaluate reliability coefficient of essay tests. The research pointed out the error existed in the measurement and error causes and presented solutions. The solutions were proved to have a good effect, making the measuring result more precise.The paper introduced concepts about educational measurement from the actual problem and presented a series of formulas for "The Basic Course of Computer ".The research made computer aided educational measurement more practical. The study was hoped to be extended to other disciplines and found applicable computational methods for themselves.
