Study Of Unstructured Informal Learning Under The Network Environment

The 21st century is defined as the Information Age, exclusive and authoritative knowledge doesn't belong to educators any longer, learners can find relevant content through the Internet. Along with continuous progress in technology and rapid development in network, there have been dramatic changes in the rules and methods of information generation. The socialization of network is merging with the social network and the changes in the general enviroment vary ways of learnings. All kinds of social software are rapidly emerging, such as blogs and wikipedia etc., which offer tremendous convenience to the learner who are using network in the informal learning. In addition, the network zero access (zero editing, zero technology, zero cost and zero-form) makes the informal study into a broader world.Paper is divided into five chapters, first introduced the research background, significance, status, research methods, theoretical innovation and re difficult. Chapter II of the informal learning of related concepts, theory, and discusses the significance of informal learning under network environment. The third chapter is the question of payment of the circumstances and the questionnaire. In chapter IV, the author proposes measures with regard to the the existence of unstructured informal learing under the network environment.The dissertation starts with the basic theories of the informal learning, carding relevant concepts and basic theories of learning, formal learning, informal learning and interpreting Marsick and Watkins's unstructured informal learning.By designing and issuing questionnaires and making preliminary and in-depth analysis of these questionnaires, The author has a clear understanding of whether unstructured informal learning exists in network environment.Finally, according to the results of questionnaires and analysis, as well as the theoretical principle, the author proposes five measures with regard to the existence of unstructured informal learing under the network environment.Informal learning is a topic of the times, with the rapid development of society will also be valued by more and more people. In the article, the author a unique perspective on the network environment, the existence of unstructured informal learing were exploring. Looking forward this research study can improve the efficiency of informal learning .
