Network Security Transactions have been put on the new heights with the increasingly extensive application of Internet Banking. The USB Key has been used by the major banks as the most effective equipment to ensure transaction security and become more and more people's essential belongings. But the product with single function can't meet the need of the human being. The multi-function complex product is becoming the development mainstream. Appending functions of the contactless card on the basis of the USB key, we can compound USB key with bus card, and assign the bank capital into card account to recharge it. People's life will be facilitated great. This design not only has practical significance, but also provides a good reference for the complex of other functions.According to the analysis of the banking customers and card customers Requirements and 60 documents, the design in this paper realized the USB Key Non-contact credit card function and deposit to Card Accounts online. In order to improve product qualification rates and saving cost, the antenna was installed in the circuit board directly instead of the enameled wire. The design can be divided into two parts, software and hardware. Hardware is composed of power module, main control chip, contactless reading and writing module, spi flash memory module, design and debug of antenna. Software includes following modules, main program, module interacting with COS (Card Operation System), BOT module executing Bulk-Only transport, SCSI module parsing SCSI command, SMC module reading and writing u-disk, spi flash module operating the spi flash, ICC module parsing card command, USB module achieving the USB communication and processing standard request.After the tests of virtual network bank transaction and RF swipe card transaction, the result suggests that the system can work safe and stable. The results of the fatigue test and high and low temperature alternating hot and humid test suggest that the circuit can work stable too.
