The development of Internet banking provides a good flat which can interactive with customs for the traditional bank. Strengthen and integrity the CRM of Internet banking, offer a good quality service and improve the customs service efficiency, make bank can hold the customer demand in the quick speed change market competition, capture the customer and the customer' s trust, knock down the bank' s busy self cost from entirety, must integrity the CRM of Internet Banking, this has the great significance for the development of bank.The principle of CRM of Internet banking is take the customer as the center, regards as the customer is one kind of intangible asset of Internet banking, this kind of intangible asset increment also meant bank value increase. The CRM is focused on understanding customer value, retention and development of a dynamic management, The personalization customer service becomes the core of CRM. As CRM is concerned about the long-term value of relationships, therefore, customer value, customer demand for Internet banking is particularly important, and the customer value subdivides becomes the key of CRM.This article mainly discusses on the customer demand information importance and the significance in the internet banking of CRM. On basis personalization service' s principle and goal of internet banking, proposed the customer demand information explore model, providing a variety of definition for the customer demand information, data structure and its collection and processing process model and corresponding approach. And using relevant algorithms simulated customer demand trends.
