Research On Hydraulic Engineering Management Information System Based On Computer Technology

This paper analyses the research current situation of HEM'S information construction at home and abroad,and the current problems of the management informatization construction of HEM in China;based on the analysis of HEM'S information features consisting of complexity,interleaving,and multilayer,the theoretical points inclouding basic theory,main theory,support theory are researched and according to che HEM'S information construction requirements;From the network platform layer,system architecture level,information processing layer and the business process layer and so on four levels of information on water conservancy construction technology model has been studied,and further from the data collection,data management structure,engineering,project management information technology architecture and product export structure,built water conservancy projects and some other general framework for management of information technology for the realization of the construction of water conservancy management information provides a theoretical support.Based on the above analysis and study,the conclusion and innovation points are as follows:(1) Based on the production and research achievements in the relating informatization construction, the fundamental questions that the management informatization construction of HEM involves have been summarized and induced in the view of theory,and then the point of theory architecture of HEM'S information construction composed of fundamental theory,principal theory,and supporting theory on HEM'S information construction has been brought forward.(2) The technical mode framework on the HEM'S information construction consisting of network platform level,system structure level,information processing level,and business management level is brought forward.(3) Combing with the requirement analysis of HEM'S business,the HEM'S informatization business content is included and induced, commonalities from the refining and project management point of view. Put forward the comprehensive consideration of the social construction of water conservancy projects and economy.From the data collection, data management structure,project management information technology architecture and product export structure,built water conservancy projects and some other general framework for management information technology.
