In recent years, transportation constructions had a rapid development with China's rapid economic development and government attached importance to the transportation infrastructure facilities. In the process of building and development, That can generate large amounts of data, these data may be different from the transportation business, and cause data diversity, structure complexity, data storage format between the isolated and heterogeneous, so it is difficult to manage these data in traffic information management area.This paper mainly consider how to use WEBGIS technology to effectively manage Traffic information. In the analysis of domestic and international traffic on the basis of information management), this paper deeply researches on the key technology of how to design transport infrastructure information, and proposed solutions of transport infrastructure and information management.This paper's work consists of three aspects.Firstly, with the data problem of transport infrastructure for multi-source heterogeneous, use the strategy of seamless integration with multi-source data, the strategy put forward by the middle layer of shielding difference between the data structure of the program, this method can avoid the information loss which caused by changing between the data in different formats, at the same times the database is open and can add new sources of data easily.Secondly, this paper researches on the system architecture, map making, Web Data Report based on data integration, I designed the B/S and C/S hybrid architecture Based on WebGIS technology.and manage the data with using the spatial management strategy with basic data and hierarchical organization.Based on business logic produced a number of maps, this can reduce the complexity of the logic processing. With the comparation of the Implementation for Web reports, using ReprotViewer imply the report, and this can reduce system complexity and reduce the development of deploy difficulties.Thirdly, this paper design a site-line relationship model with the problem of bus for the transfer. and improved a public transportation data collection methods. This model witch based on minimal transfer method is simple, and can easily achieve a minimum number of inquiries transfer.Finally, whit the solutions method and related strategies witch proposed in this paper and using SuperMap IS.NET platform, combined with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to achieve the main function of the XiaoGan transportation infrastructure and information systems,With the using of system,it show that the proposed design methos can be a good solution to the unified management of heterogeneous spatial data problems, the system can efficiently manage the information on the transportation infrastructure, and improve the efficiency processes of the transport sector business...
