Research And Application Of PHP Framework Based On ORM

With the scale expansion of many college, enrollment is facing a lot of new challenges. For instance, how to insure information sharing of new students, grasp the situation of enrollment and adjust enrollment plans in different branch campus. Some existing enrollment management systems are based on C/S architecture which limited in using of only one campus. It cannot satisfy the rapid expanding scale of the college enrollment. Therefore, we need an enrollment system that has real time statistics analysis function and suit for different campuser to optimize work procedure and improve work efficiency.The paper first discusses various ORM frameworks in mainstream web application development environment. And introduces what is Hibernate and how NHibernate framework using ORM's features. Also the paper discusses PHP development environment. The paper emphasizes ThinkPHP framework's work procedure and sums up the characteristic of ThinkPHP framework.The paper uses ThinkPHP framework to design a college enrollment management system. Based on the sufficient understanding of customers'requirements, the paper analyses the system functions, divides the system in many modules and designs the database system.The paper accomplishes the system and works out layout of the system framework. Also it discusses the key point of implementing the system under ThinkPHP framework which including enrollment module as an example given in detail in ThinkPHP ORM implementation process and the introduction of rights management module of the design and implementation details. From the system after on-line feedback with the back situation, the system not only achieved information of sharing on muti enrollment, but also can get the real-time statistical results。Enrollment system work for the college played a great help.
