Network teaching platform accelerates the development of Education Information and becomes one of the most advantage and development education model for its advantage of Informative, interactive, wide coverage. In this paper, for the design and Implementation of "Vocational and Technical College online teaching platform," First of all, this paper has a research and analysis of Vocational Network teaching and Combined with the characteristics of vocational students. Then this paper proposed a development environment of Linux+Apache+My SQL+PHP+VRML and construct a B / S structure. Implemented based on Web and VRML and includes platform for teacher activities, platform for student activities, teaching link monitoring platform, information exchange platform, backstage management, VRML application module of the network teaching platform.The platform designs teaching process control module for vocational students characteristics of poor, and weak self-control. Teachers can control through education, work records, and student evaluation, learning to master the dynamic as well as teachers of classes. Further, in order to better address the feelings of loss of network teaching problems, also designed the information exchange module through seminars Wiki, Blog and BBS three kinds of ways for teachers and students demonstrate individual style to provide a good space. This platform designs a virtual environment by effective integration of VRML and HTML In order to better reflect the higher vocational education "to strengthen practice" requirements. To ensure system security, robust operation, the teaching platform network security threats based on the current analysis, proposed the "three dynamic security model", ie management defense layer, server management and dynamic security platform layer design technology defense. By building into a multi-layer defense system in depth, this platform forms a system of comprehensive, multi-layered three-dimensional protection. For the characteristics of BP neural network for intrusion detection method and BP neural network based intrusion detection theory model, this paper proposes a "second parameter of the improved adaptive learning algorithm for BP" Intrusion Detection algorithm. The method can solve the defect of slow convergence and low accuracy in traditional BP algorithm, thus provides an effective solution for real-time intrusion detection system of adaptability, availability, reliability and accuracy. This Paper also gives a platform security policy and safety measures.For realization of the platform, this paper gives a detailed description to user login module, automatic answering module, online testing module, VRML application module. For automatic generation module implementation in online testing module, this paper proposes a "degree of difficulty on the set ofrandom questions Law". Analysis shows that the method can get significantly improve based on traditional method.
