Now, with the development of science and technology, the Internet, as a new medium, has penetrated into our daily lives and work. Web, in the past, as a platform in which human beings, even man and machines exchange information in a network of virtual reality, has gradually been away from the traditional areas of graphic design to form a new special and independent system.The success of web interface design, is not only decided by its beautiful layout, harmonious colors, brilliant animation, but also by the extent of its usability and acceptability, in other words, user-friendly design.The user-friendly design is a realm of timeless design in which we pursue idealistic, artistic way of life. Furthermore, it is in line with our aesthetic, cognitive and emotional value. At a certain time, the developing and upgrading of the design is just the improving prosess of people's understanding, feelings and ideas. Therefore, the user-friendly design of the web interface is not only essential to web design, but also an urgent problem to solve in the artistic creation of the web interface.In this paper, I collect Web interface design to cognition and psychology, subject the various elements of web interface and in the ground of digital time, and analyze the necessity of user-friendly web interface design, including the application of color, graphics, text, psychology, interactive elements, multimedia technology, and the page layout. Moreover, I stress the the importance and application value of user-friendly design in the web interface design.In addition, in the fifth chapter of this article,I compare the website design of China and the United States, for presenting that people with different cultural backgrounds understand the interface differently and culture influence the design of personalized web greatly.
