Mobile Ad Hoc networks are networks with self-organizing capabilities and without a fixed infrastructure, which is widely used in military, emergency areas. Before Mobile Ad Hoc networks put into practical application, each node needs to assigned a IP address. As Ad Hoc networks is dynamic topology, these traditional network IP address distribution schemes such as DHCP and IPv6 Stateless aren't suited to mobile Ad Hoc networks. And the specific address allocation scheme for Ad Hoc networks needs to be studied. Firstly, these current representative schemes are analysed and compared in this paper. A IPv6-based address Autoconfiguration scheme for Ad Hoc networks is proposed. Then a security scheme base on address allocation scheme is proposed. In this paper the protocol manage nodes' infomation, which are allocated IP address, with the address table. The whole network is divided into several subnets, the maximum number of nodes of each subnet is certain. this method can avoid a problem that the expansion of network scale result in the cost of maintain address table increasing. And IP address can be quickly allocated. For mobile Ad Hoc network vulnerability security, a security scheme base on leader node and address allocation scheme in this paper is proposed. Each new node attempting to join the network needs to apply for leader node certification. The new node through certification, leader node assign a new IP address to the new node. This method can guarantee the security of the process of address assignment.
