Research On The Model Of Information Communication In Network Community

Network community is relying on modern information technology, formed on the Internet by the people with common interests,who need composition to purport to make identification in the form of a virtual life in network community aggregation. Network community developed rapidly with the progress of computer network technology, it provides interactive platforms and practical means of communication to the users of community, such as chat rooms,BBS,alumni,blog and so on.Nowadays network communities have become not only the new hot spot of economic development, but also the primary venue which people often actively involved in the Internet and stay longer,groups with common interests, preferences, experience, or who were familiar with each other, or specialists of professionals communicate here,to exchange and share information. Thus with a great deal of information produced by the community of users,network community has been considered as an important sources of humanities and social sciences information, and have been cause great attention in the field of Library and Information in China, the network community has become an indispensable micro-enviroment to the production, acquisition, exchange and share of information and knowledge.So discuss about operation rules of network community, the value and role of the users, and how to improve network efficiency, create new service modes and service system, have become urgent solution subjects.As a basic feature of human society, the effect of information exchange is good or bad, and the quality is high or low closely directly related with information exchange mode. Facing the impact of new technologies and new situation of new ideas, information exchange in the network community compared to the traditional has changed a lot: the diversity and facilitation of information carrier, the deepen and enrich of information content, the visualization and precision of information communication, etc., which are challenge to the traditional information exchange modes that are produced in different historical periods. Traditional information communication models meet the demand at that time, it was perfect at that historical stage, illuminate the forward way for the researchers of that period in intelligence, information exchange.But they show up limitations and shortcomings when we face the new history. This requires a re-examination and analysis on the mode of information communication in network community,in order to arouse more in-depth research of the network community information exchange mode theory and practice. This article is based on the background above, research on the mode of information communication in the network communities to promote information sharing.The first chapter, by analyzing the network status of community information exchange model and the network environment changes, then introduce significance of this issue; Review the related issues of domestic and foreign research results, and finally formed the idea and the main content of this article.In the second chapter, overview the relevant theory of the network community and the exchange of information, and on this basis, from three angles of information sources, subject of information exchange and mode of information exchange to re-examined information communicaiton in the network community..In the third chapter, first network community of information exchange as the main community of users and its impact on the exchange of information and exchange of information from an internal mechanism of the process of starting to explore the network community information exchange model underlying the exchange of information law, and cited several typical traditional information exchange model,and summarized their deficiency and defect of networking community lay the foundation for the fourth chapter to establish information exchange model.In the four th chapter, the main body of this article, first proposed in the current network environment, building a wide range of network community information exchange model of vision, and build diversified network of community-based information on the necessity and feasibility of the exchange, then vertical deepening of the main body of the network community participation model of information exchange, information exchange through the lateral expansion of the traditional mode of building a diversified network of community information exchange models and model-based network community information exchange proposed optimization strategy.The fifth chapter summarizes the contents of the first four chapters, made outlookon the basis.Network community is a microcosm of the Internet, although smaller than the scope of the Internet, these features lead authority difficult to implement strict control on the information communication in network communities. In the analysis of blind spot which is embodied in the network community information communication mode, based on comparison of the current domestic and international of network communities and their information communication on the regulatory status of laws and regulations, this paper adviced should be focus on aspects such as information ethics, information source and content of monitoring, create a cultural atmosphere to optimize network community information exchange, enhance the efficiency of information exchange,promote the new system of information exchange model and the formation.These will have a positive meaning and reference to help the country's management make reasonable supervision to network community, discover and grasp the focus of speech in order to promote the sound of network regulation.(1) strengthen information ethics and self-restraint of the network communityReasonable upper and lower limits must be established not only to protect the freedom right, but also pay attention to the moral constraints of free information communication,and formed a reasonable ethical limits for the free information communication. Right of freedom to information dissemination can only be exercised within the ethical limits. In fact, the law is always based on certain ethical and moral, therefore, establishing the legal restrictions on freedom of information dissemination, at the same time they must refer to the ethical limits of freedom of information dissemination. Internet Association, Hu applied that limited real-name system is the future direction of the Internet, "Internet governance is not the matter only for the government,it requires everyone to maintain spontaneous, bottom-up self-discipline required."(2) strengthen the monitoring of network community information sourceFrom a view of technical point, network community is a special network service form of centered on the user's information communication with the development of network technology; from the perspective of social interaction, network communities driven by the community users longing for freedom of life on the network. The rich interactive communication between Network community users is compatible to the reality.For their motivation,whether the link between community users is strong or weak, there are varying degrees of reciprocal altruism mechanism, namely the other community members provide information and assistance without asking nothing in return. Reciprocal altruism mechanism which is healthy and sustainable will help to the development of network community, but also help to promote the information communication in network communities, so we need to strengthen the monitoring of information sources.(3) deepen the information content filtering of the network communityThere are many spam in the network community,for example, all kinds of advertising messages in the blog, always infusion because of network robots; long-term retention of advertising messages of the sleeping blog due to lack of management and update; even some blogs were establishmented for advertising, in order to attract popular and set hot search keywords as the blog address, although has none business with the blog content and key words, etc. Face to the mixed quality of information conten in network Community, in addition to moral ,ethical and legal constraints, the filter the information content of also relies on the network manager or the views of community leaders, the message be processed after they received by them, and then delivered and spread.(4) create a network community culture of critical and reflectiveNetwork is a virtual community space for human-computer interaction, is the parallel process for technology and culture.On the one hand, the capacity of the database and the technical capacity of the server determines the development prospects for community, on the other hand, how to develop community space, how the network life on, depends on the value orientation of the community users. Health development of network community requires a participatory, three-dimensional network culture, and critical and reflective culture can not only maintain the richness of community culture, but also conducive to the growth of network communities.
