Enterprise informatization, in the process of improving enterprise's modernization, fully optimizes the enterprise quality and its business performance. The competitive advantages embodied by the enterprise information system are no longer confined to the product quality and price, etc., and more reflected on, say, the transfer of product-related services and competitive pattern. For it, the pace of enterprise informatization has touched all walks of life.The paper, launching practice on the documents management of insurance companies, designs and develops a documents management system for the insurance company which covers various working aspects of the business documents management of insurance company and manage the aspects of printing , storage, requisition, usage, transfers, sales numbers archiving, destruction of various class of business document involved in the business processes .In the aspect of the achieving technology, the system adopts C language development, the system design adopts the application system infrastructure of client / server (C / S). The client adopts MVC model to achieve the operating logic of user complex interface, the client and server use Plug-way to get to the main line of SOA service to conduct their own communications. According to the demand, SOA technology can conduct distributed deployment, mix and use by the coarse-grained application components of network to the loosely-coupled. Service layer is the foundation for SOA, which can be applied and transfer directly in order to effectively control the man-made dependence between the system and software agents. Service layer and database layer adopt ORM technology to realize the object-oriented package of two-dimensional database tables. The paper, based on the above technologies, completes the design and implementation of the document management system. The functions of the documents system are divided into seven modules: basic set-up and general ledger, printer settings, registration versions, printing, warehousing, institutional setting, business setting, ID documents management and non-ID documents management. And ID documents management as well as non-ID documents management is the core module of the whole system, which are also the main using part for the users in the process of documents transfer.Printer setup module is responsible for the standardized management of the additional input ,information revision, query of the related information of the printer which prints the document. The registration of the document version is responsible for the Unified processed achieving the unity of the documents processed of the document managing department of the parent firm to the documents. As for the documents have been done the version registration, Auxiliary document administrator of printing storage do the related operations after the printing (printer settings have been done) . According to documents type applicable to the body, Institutions set sets up institutions and the mapping of the document type in the system. Business setting module further confirms the document type adopted by an organization: used for policy or for endorsement; valid documents or invalid documents.Based on the information support of the five basic modules, the system can achieve documents management. ID documents management and non-ID documents management jointly complete the maintenance of the whole cycle from the usage application to the file for future reference of the ID documents.Based on this division, the paper, introduces the module design, database design. And it gives the results of the current development plan.The SOA service-oriented architecture adopted by the system enables system services framework module and interface modules to interact to achieve loosely coupled through the service interface, so that the system has good scalability. The client side which adopted MVC model for the development has high flexibility. Stability and reliability of the products is relatively high, which has a good practical value.
