In the commercial insurance field, with the post-WTO market players increasing, price war intensified, particularly in vehicle insurance, price competition can be fierce simply to describe the price war in all market players, while other measures to check how price competition, each market in an invincible position to become the main consideration. The company's fully aware of the adverse impact of price competition, the growing recognition that to get rid of unnecessary price competition will focus on customer service and competitive, through high-quality, efficient and fast service to attract customers and cultivate customer, the ultimate to rely on a strong loyal customer base for the company to benefit from in order to achieve the sound development of the insurance industry. But this time, how to provide customers with high-quality, efficient, fast service has become the focus of market players.Along with the improvement of network infrastructure, computer application and network technology maturity and development rely on software systems, e-commerce in order to achieve coverage of information management and operational services into an effective tool. Operations through the realization of services, information technology, insurance companies, real-time control of customer service each and every process, control of key points, and for different customers to provide differentiated services to achieve the provision of high quality, efficient, fast service objectives.VIP customer service operations system for the insurance company needs a good solution. Customer relationship management for insurance companies provides a strong support to achieve sound and rapid development of the insurance industry of great significance.This paper puts forward a development strategy of based on Struts and Hibernate framework. By the design and realization of Social Insurance Network Service System, it discusses advantages and disadvantages of two patterns integration. During the analysis and design of this system, this system makes use of object-oriented analysis and object-oriented design technology to build the static modeling and the dynamic modeling by UML.First of all, the paper briefly introduces the background and significance of this project. And then it introduces several theoretical bases, including UML modeling technology, MVC design pattern, Struts framework, ORM, Hibernate framework. Subsequently, it generally describes the user requirement, provides the network structure diagrams, system module chart. And it enumerates major functions,system development tools, database table structure. The request analysis is detailed to analyze each parts, applies the use case diagram, the sequence diagram, the activity diagram, collaboration diagram, the state diagram, the class diagram and the deployment diagram of UML to model the software requirement, analysis and design from various angles. Concerning the code implement of the model, the paper describes how to realize the three part of MVC by Struts and how to realize ORM by Hibernate. In addition, an example is given to show the systematic realizing program. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages and some shortcomings.
