Design And Implementation Of Purchase And Sales System For Shenzhou Heavy Industry

Along with the development of information technology, sales and purchasing patterns of automobile are gradually changing. How to implement auto sales, purchasing, production and high efficient information delivery becomes the top priority of enterprise.The research subject of Shenzhou Heavy Industry Purchase and Sales System (SZPASS) is to take Weifang Shenzhou Heavy Industry as the practical application enterprise, Shanxi Auto heavy truck business as a sample. SZPASS takes order sheet as its core, achieves integral machine procurement, payment, sales and reimbursement functions and realizes the product promotion. The system supports business operations and capital of a unified automated circulation control, uniform settlement, achieving the enterprise's revenue and expenditure lines. In order to achieve this system, this paper made the following research:First, we analyzed models and issues of existing business, summarize and refine the system's actual needs which include product display, order management, inventory information maintenance, maintenance of financial information and data report generation features, a unified purchase and sales model finished.Secondly, taking into account the overall trend of information technology and the future of the automotive industry, we propose technical solutions and overall design of the system program. With SQLSERVER 2005 database and the MVC architecture, using B/S architecture, the system has strong security, compatibility and ease of use.Then, we gave a detailed analysis of the major subsystems of this system, the business function design, data structure design, database structure, and detailed implementation, As well as a comprehensive test system. Finally, we summarized the research subject and implementation process in the specific work content and harvest, analyze the advantages of the system and propose some further optimization and improvement.
