According to September 30,2009 the latest survey of Internet World Stats website, the global Internet population has reached more than 1.73 billion,25.6% of the world's population. From 2000 to 2009, Internet users grew by 380.3 percent. With the rapid development of Internet, this figure will continue to increase. More and more people use network to participate in dissemination of information. Different races, cultures, nationalities of people contact each other via the Internet. Different topics will enable people to unite together, and TieBa is one of rapidly growing online communities.As a new type of communication, internet information dissemination is different with the traditional information dissemination model. However, it can be presented as a model which could be expected and repeated in a special structure. The information dissemination model can be constructed by some line or process to show the relations which exist and couldn't be seen. They could demonstrate the structure, strength and orientation of relations and connections among essential elements, and make the dissemination's relation and factor clear, thus the process of information dissemination is understood more visually. Through researching on the information dissemination model of Tie Ba community, the feature and process could be discovered. Further more, the above research will make the information dissemination of TieBa effectively. Finally the information dissemination will become more orderly, and the use of TieBa information will develop towards optimization.In this paper the mathematical statistics, social network analysis and webmetrics are used to analyze features of information environment, user types, information dissemination channel and inter-community. So the regular pattern of TieBa information dissemination can be explored, and we can design the model of information disseminate based on above research. This paper starts with introduction about relevant concepts of information dissemination and available model of web information dissemination. Next the type of disseminator and receptor, the type and resource of information, the broadcast way and feedback in the TieBa are analyzed in order to understand the differences between TieBa and the other traditional dissemination environment. In the fourth chapter the author adopts social network analysis to research on the information interactive process of TieBa. At the same time, the inter-relationship between disseminator and receptor is also analyzed. Finally the author uses social network analysis to design a interactive network of TieBa. In this paper TieBa of stars which is comparatively standard is taken for research. With the social network analysis the interactive relationship between disseminator and receptor is found out. Based on above analysis, the information dissemination and the interactive model of TieBa can be constructed by diagrammatic representation. From this research we can understand special environment and the characters of dissemination factor of TieBa and the difference among TieBa and the traditional dissemination.From the operating mechanisms and information interactive of TieBa we could conclude that the dissemination way of TieBa is not single and linear, but multi-directional and interactive. This type of TieBa dissemination breaks the limits between disseminator and receptor, and they could transform roles easily from each other. The research on the information dissemination model of TieBa community is meaningful, which will promote the development of four fields. The first one is the collection, organization and transmission of TieBa information. The next one is the direction and oriention of network community information. The third one is to understand differences between network community information dissemination and traditional information dissemination. The last one is to provide basis for further research on the model of network information dissemination.
