The SAP Customer Relationship Management System is a complete and customer-centric system which provides the solution for the customer relationship throughout the life cycle of business process management. It is combined customer-focused business areas (such as marketing, sales and service) with the main internal areas (such as logistics, finance and human resources) which could be put the customer relationship management (CRM) into a new field, and could be provided a leading-edge and customer-centric solution. After then, this paper describes the system that has been achieved.SAP CRM provides very flexible business extension to the enterprise. In order to satisfy the business process and business requirement for the self characteristics of the enterprise, it is necessary to customize the original application.
