This paper introduce a automatic milking and cleaning machine base on STM32,and expound its implement of hardware and software.In understanding the basis of China's dairy industry, we analyzed the milking equipment for home and abroad, found that the current domestic production of auto cleaning machine has some shortcoming such as it only has alkaline cleaning, pickling, pre-washed three function generally (some has not pre-washed function), after cleaning it doesn't detect the cleaning status, the cleaning time is not adjustable and there is no communication function in it. For the major foreign products in China, despite the cleaning parameter are adjustable, they also haven't communication function and the maintenance is much trouble.Therefor, we have developed for domestic use of the automatic cleaning device. In this system, a new generation of ST's Cortex M3 core as the core of the system andμC/OS-Ⅱas the core software to complete real-time control. We can complete a variety of kinds of cleaning through the man-machine interface. After cleaning each time, it will generate a clean record. We can download the clean record via PC or mobile phone using U disk or Bluetooth, and we can analyse the clean record using the terminal software and adjust the cleaning method.We can be familiar with the status of China's dairy industry mechanization through the design of the cleaning machine, and gradually develop other automatic equipment, at last using other advanced technology such as CAN or RFID to achieve AMS.
