The data analysis and processing of stock exchange relies on computer to a great extent, especially on database technology. With inherent limitations in the existing stock information management soft-ware, they are refined to the very narrow applications of stock quotes analysis and introduction of fundamentals of companies. Therefore, they cannot satisfy the users'increasing needs. By the study of the information management soft-ware for small and medium-sized companies and investigation of and analysis of investors, the thesis attempts to put forward a brand-new resolution design characterized by its combination of the advantages of the stock exchange soft-ware available and full consideration of expectations of the investors.For the start, the new design makes a full analysis of the prevailing date management system of stock exchange. Next, it makes an analysis on system requirement and a demonstration of the lay-out of the new system design. Then, it takes database Microsoft Access 2003 and PowerBuilder 11.5 as its development kit. The main function of this system is:The different levels of lands pattern; Brings back the password function; Member bookmark; graduation inquiry, classified statistics function; data classify; data Maintenance function; menu display control; window display control; scale selection function and so on. Finally, the source programming design completed, the system will be modulated, put in motion, compiled, tested and issued, with the security if the system evaluated.We can reinforce the function of data management module for making this system to be more applicability.
