The Research And Application Of Party School Network Security System Based On Classified Protection

Since the State Council put forward" computer information systems carry outsecurity classified protection" in1994, how to develop specific measures andimplementation details from the two aspects of technique and management, establish thelevel of network security system, solve the classified protection system landingimplement, became an important content of each unit to work for network andinformation security.A lot of researches on classified protection are limited in theory study, which cannotbe applied to the specific implementation work. In this paper, through a large number ofliterature reading and to our classified protection system study, we found that the currentsafety construction mainly has the following problems: Firstly, technical staff tended tofocus on web application system development, while neglecting the safety management.Secondly, the vast majority of security system construction simply used some securityproducts, lacking scientific, comprehensive safety management planning. Thirdly, lack ofa specific network protection solution.In view of the above problems, the main research works of this paper are as follows:1. The paper started with the establishment of security system, analysed both foreignand domestic safety standard system, studied the classified protection system of ourcountry and the related risk assessment theories, provided important theoretical basis forthe future research work.2. According to the risk assessment process, the paper designed the security systemaided design and assessment system, realized the information risk assessment, accordingto the results of the evaluation on the information security of the system status to make accurate judgments, provided the basis for the construction of security system.3. Using the design of the security system aided design and assessment system,according to the protection system of the grade level second requirement, the paperrealized the risk assessment of party school network system, proposed the reasonablesafe target, and put forward safety technology system and safety management systemconstruction scheme.4. Combining with the actual situation of Guangdong provincial Party school, thepaper gave out to accord with classified protection requires a level two network securitysolutions and the implementation of the network security product deployment, thescheme did a more in-depth analysis and discussion on information security audit system,network intrusion prevention system, webpage tamper-proof system, boundary accesscontrol, given the specific implementation details, in order to guide the Guangdongprovincial Party school grade protection in construction process.The paper gave a satisfied classified protection level two security requirements ofthe network security system solutions, joined the management factors, and throughhardware and software deployment, the final implementation results showed the proposedscheme can effectively reduce the value of the original system risk, achieved the Partyschool network system second level safety protection, solved the classified protection ofground implementation, hoping to give a classified protection demands of the organs as areference.
