| An effective measure has been proposed that using helicopter aerial inspection of power transmission lines in complicated geographical environment. At the present time,the inspection of the aerial image rely mainly on manual observation, its efficiency is low and the error is been inspected missing or mistaking. An automatic analysis method by computer has been proposed. Combined with median filtering, using wavelet methods achieve power transmission tower image de-noising, and through the feature extraction and matching method identify the power transmission tower type and running status. The analysis results of the aerial image showed that the de-noising and identification method is feasible. The analysis method by computer can greatly reduce the labor burden of inspection and improve the efficiency of the aerial image analyzing. |
