Probe Into User Administration On Archival Net

With the continuous development of archival information network, accessing network-based archive information resources becomes the most important method. Users of archival internet are increasing rapidly. The study of archival internet user and the administration of archival internet user have become urgent task. Based on the study of traditional archive user, and absorbed the research of Library and Information Studies of users, more systematic and comprehensive do the research about the internet archive users and user's administration. There are four parts of this paper. Introduction, this part briefly introduces the research background, domestic and international research about the status of internet users, and carries out the significance, methods and innovations of this research project. The second part is a basis, it outlines the archive users'characteristics and the basic requirements of management. The third part expatiates the concept and background of the archival internet users, reveal the characteristics of the archival internet users by comparison it with the traditional users of archives, then classify the network users. The last part, according to the trait of archival internet users, discusses principle, content and the main means of administration of archival internet user.
