This phenomenon has been conceptualized as "News named". In the field of practice, news name is commonplace; while in the academic world, it's always "having the reality but no name" and lack of the systematic and in-depth study, which make explicit effect on the healthy development of news named theory and practice.Based on the above analysis, this study takes news named as the research object, settling in the issue "how to deal with official and non-official media named", and makes a detailed exploration on the following aspects to whom named,who named to the news,how to name the news and the influence may have after a news events was named.To be specific, this article mainly consists of the bellowing several parts:The part of introduction introduces the value of this paper, presents the researching purposes and significance of the paper and analyzes the related studies.The first part is an research for the academic news, clarifys the concept of a news event, defines the definition of news events, summarizes the characteristics of news events, and finally, discriminates some news events and some other related news concepts.The second part is a summary of the main body of the three news events naming: official naming, non-official naming and media naming. To find their approaches and specific roles, while analyse above mentioned subjects, we'll do some brief but necessary scanning on their formations, constraints and changes during the procession of newsevents naming.The third part takes the naming of news events as the theoretical basis for the concept, summarizes the principles and practices of the news event naming, makes horizontal contrast for their similarity and difference between the news event naming and the naming of the other things. The fourth part analysed the functions and effects of news events naming. Take mass media as the foothold, this article discusses how to avoid and reduce the negative effects caused by the naming of news events and fulfill the hope of stabling social emothins. The author believes that mass media should be in a responsibling attitude while making official or non-official naming, it should guid the main ideology stream of the community and offer a channel for people from all classes to express their emotion, compromising official nainge and non-official naming will help build a harmonious society.In this article, the author views news event naming from an overall perspective visual angle, bases on the current political, economic, and social context-specific, focus on how the mass media deal with the issues of official news event naming and non-official news events naming under the action of various forces, As well as studying the up mentioned interactions, the author makes nacessary setting out for the formation of these forces, their relationship and changes. Takes the new events naming as the theoretical basis to summarize the principles, modalities, functions and impact of news event naming.However, the author's fundamental purpose is not to construct a large and complete textbook-style system but to seek a way to let mass media follow the spirit of "discard the dross and keep the finer part, discard the false and retain the true " when facing the complexand official and non-official news event naming.In this paper, to get better interpret of news events naming, a text analysis, comparative analysis, case studies and other research methods are taken, and strive; research perspective on news events from start naming the object, leads to "news event" and the features and use journalism, communication, rhetoric, sociolinguistics, social psychology and other interdisciplinary background, and strive to make the full name of the news event interpretation.
