Nowdays, We have accustomed to accomplish the location of information and problem-solving by Search Engines. But prominent shortcomings which the majority of Information Retrieval System and Web Search Engines express is the absence of semantics, they ignore the difference of person and discrepancy of circumstance. Because of the relation that not find the difference ,the user can find the appropriate knowledge by the only way of filtration. The Semantic Web is spontaneous extension of WWW, there are abundant and machine-handling information for Web resources by ontology technique. The computer can inquire about the information automatically throught Semantic element. The Semantic Web not only consider of hobby,circumstance and task, but also present intelligent reasoning.But traditional search technique do not help us locating the knowledge accurately, also not seek the relative knowledge. Routing problem restrict how to find the exact target knowledge for users immediately from large quantities of knowledge. It also affect extensibility and search efficiency. Therefore routing research has became an exigent problem in the research of Semantic Web.According to the above problems, the paper proposes a mixed P2P ontological knowledge Routing retrieval model which is based on Ontology Knowledge Query Tree. Intelligent Agent can confirm the matching relation between the search term and knowledge of OKQT which is installed on routing node by semantic computation of them, then accomplish routing selection accurately by address of knowledge attribute on OKQT, afterward process location query in network quickly, last implement exact match and find the knowledge which meet user precisely. For the search term which is not match in network, It can calculate the semantic similarity between search term and knowledge of OKQT, and zoom the search term, then turn the corresponding results. This retrieval mode is fleet and exact about routing selection, and register the path from user to the knowledge source at the time of communication, then back the knowledge to user by original route. It avoid the Query failure and Loss of information because of complicated routing selection of traditional route. Experiment verifies that this method which sure the location firstly and query knowledge secondly improve the semantic routing efficiently, recall ratio, precision ratio and expansibility. The main points of this thesis are as follows:(i) The paper combine P2P with Ontology, and associate the inclusiveness routing node and user node with subsumption principle in DL and the introduction. The mixed P2P network be desighde by these similar character .(ii) The paper combine semantic computation with Ontology, establish Ontology knowledge Query Tree by connection between concepts, export concept of Ontology used Jena, and calculate the semantic computation by algorithm.(iii) Intelligent Agent retrieve routing node according to the semantic computation between Search Term and concept of OKQT, context and circumstance, finally accomplish query processing quickly and accurately used Jade.(iv) Node can be inserted and deleted dynamically by semantic computation and Ontology technology.
