Today, we can acquire a large quantity of data and services on Web to satisfy our requirement of knowledge. The appearance of Semantic Web provides context for data engineering and knowledge engineering, which helps to improve organization of knowledge on Web, and facilitates users to get what they want. However, the traditional searching technology can not help users to position the knowledge they want, or can not find the knowledge according to fuzzy query. Let alone helping users to understand the relationship of knowledge between they hold and they want. Therefore it is an exigent problem in the research of Semantic Web how to immediately find the exact target knowledge for users from large quantities of knowledge.According to the above problems, the thesis aims to design a kind of P2P system that can synthese ontological knowledge, and explore an efficient knowledge routing mechanism to try its best to find the exact knowledge or close one for users. Knowledge discovery tries to solve those problems, Knowledge Routing can further the research based on it. Although the theory of Knowledge Discovery provides us with a kind of efficient strategy, it can not bring forward the mechanism for knowledge sharing and promulgate in whole. Academian Ruqian Lu said: "Knowledge is a kind of structural information". But nicely Semantic Web is an approach that can be fit to recent Internet and, solve knowledge requirement of users. Research in the thesis makes use of the technology of Semantic Web, meanwhile combines new fruits of AI and Autonomic System. At the level of system design, semi-distributed P2P system is the base. And the system adopts service registration mechanism of autonomic multi-Agent system. Guided by the semantic relations among ontological knowledge, the logic links of nodes in system are made to lead to routing of query message. Besides, the thesis proposes the system oriented semantic routing algorithm. Relying on affluent semantic relations on nodes, the algorithm searches the semantic clew to the knowledge provider, as well as recording routing path. The result of routing provides answers to user, and suggests knowledge chains that begin with the concepts user holds for the querist, end with the target knowledge. The chain can enlighten users to understand how to reason for their required knowledge.Under the guidance of above thoughts, the thesis utilizes the technology of Multi Agent System to design Semantic P2P System. Based on the system, SHES (Semantic Homework Enlightening System) is developed.Another main fruit of the thesis is that the method of Behavior Analysis is introduced into the course of analyzing Semantic Web Service and its modeling. Together with DL, the method proposes a way to model Semantic Web and validate the process of service composition. Because of the routing process is designed to be a kind of composite service, hence the theoretical method explored by the thesis can be used to validate the reliability of routing process, so provides footstone for the research of ontological knowledge routing.
