The network becomes the symbol of modern civilization. Almost the entire social system, regardless of political life, economic life, or cultural life integrated the network. The network marketing has become a business philosophy or a basic modern business modal. But speaking of the present situation of University Press, the network marketing is also at the start stage. We look forward to the establishment of a modern University Press, which takes the network marketing as the core of enterprise and can carry out efficiently nearly all services and activities through the network.Linking with the theories of modern customer relationship management, for the particular subject, the University Press, this article explained the concept of network marketing, defined some core concepts, such as the customers of University Press, the marketing value, the marketing effectiveness. And I analyzed the status of University Press, the characteristics of University Press and the problems of University Press, which based on the investigation about four University Presses in Wuhan Area. On this basis, I proposed the concrete strategies of network marketing of University Press, including the organization strategy, the service strategy, the brand strategy, the promotion strategy, etc. Finally, I imagined the network marketing trends of University Press, and looked forward to give some inspirations to the researchers and practitioners in the network marketing of University Press in theory and practice.
