Access network has become a focus of development of communication networks, while it is also the bottleneck of high-speed digital service development. VDSL2 access network, as the preferred technology currently, abtains wide attention and application by use the world's most common telephone lines to achieve the required speed of broadband applications.the world's most common use of the telephone lines to achieve the required speed of broadband applications and receive wide attention and application.The purpose of this paper is to improve the transmission performance of VDSL2 systems. First, this paper studies the development of VDSL2, system model, workflow and other basic elements, then researches the transmission media of VDSL2 communication system as well as twisted-pair channel modeling and analysis of the twisted-pair of correlated noise. Based on these, researches the VDSL2 communication system's important module and key technology. Time domain equalization and cyclic prefix are simulated using MATLAB software to highlight them an important role. For DMT modulation technology, Fischer bit allocation algorithm and its improved algorithm are researched in the loop of the VDSL2 wireline communications applications, The simulation results show that the algorithm has a better performance than Chow method by effectively reduces the bit error rate.
