Design Of Locomotive Radio Recorder Based On WinCE

ABSTRACT:In railway transportation and production process, various operating parameters of locomotive and station-locomotive control joint, voice messages between crews, not only significance for real-time monitoring of locomotive running state, and about the safety of rail transport operations, analysis and identification after traffic accidents, standardization work of crew members, so the recording and analysis of locomotive voice information is especially important.Firstly this paper analyses the study and application status of domestic and international locomotive voice recorder, based on this propose a program that running WinCE embedded systems on ARM9 hardware plat, designing High-capacity SD card and effective compression, using USB, wireless (WiFi), Ethernet and other technologies, and solved download speeds was slow, storage capacity was small, operational was complicated and other problems of the current locomotive voice recorder, to achieved universal access to high-speed dump and no remote control.Secondly this paper detailed discussed the hardware circuit design and implementation of locomotive voice recorder. According to WinCE system and ARM platform features, designed reasonable CPU system circuits, memory circuits, audio capture conversion circuit, USB, MAX485 and Ethernet interface circuit front-end voice processing circuit, wireless network circuit and power supply circuits.Thirdly this paper detailed discusses the software design of locomotive voice recorder. Software of voice recorder is composed of two parts that locomotive software and ground software. Locomotive software was mainly divided into audio capture and compression module, file storage management module, wireless Ethernet data download module, MAX485 communication module; ground software contained logining, file downloading, file lists, replay and other interfaces. The program flow of their specific module was detailed described, and focused on the salient points of the program design.Finally, this paper has a detailed description of the voice recording device testing. And summarized the work had been done according to the situation of scene application, also pointed out the facets needed to improve and perfect.
