Intelligent traffic system is an important way to optimize traffic environment andsolve the problem of traffic jam in the city. Advanced Public Transportation Systems(APTS) is an important part of Intelligent Transport System. Building of the ITS caneffectively improve the bus’s operation efficiency and service level. Therefore, ITScould provide higher quality and more convenient transportation services for themajority of people.After reading a lot of references and related technology books based on manual,using embedded WinCE, GPS, ARM technology, presents the intelligent vehicle voicebroadcast device design, and realize the basic functions of broadcasting device.Intelligent vehicle voice broadcast device is an important part of AdvancedPublic Transportation Systems, as the system terminal which have some functions.such as GPS data acquisition, real-time positioning of the vehicles, intelligent cruisevoice station reporting and updating the vehicle LED display and so on. This paperintroduces design and implementation of the intelligent vehicle voice broadcastdevice.In the overall scheme of the system part is presented the hardware platformand software platform of choice hardware design of each module in detail the chipselection and circuit design are introduced in detail.The software part is mainly aboutfor design of operating system customizing transplantation and application specificdesign elaborate. Finally, considering the rapid development of intelligent transportation system, GPS positioning accuracy of the increasingly high demand, GPS highprecision dynamic positioning theory, analysis several of today’s popular highprecision dynamic positioning algorithms, fast ambiguity and reliable solution is thebiggest problem of GPS high precision dynamic positioning problem which must beensolved. This paper presented the constraint of GPS fast integer ambiguity resolutionalgorithm. The simulation results show that, the algorithm obtained certain balancebetween ambiguity resolution efficiency and reliability of intermediate, which issuitable for vehicle dynamic positioning.Intelligent vehicle voice broadcast device after the completion of the design,through the actual test and car were modified and optimized. From the result of thetest, the system has completed the fuctions such as real-time positioning of thevehicles and the intelligent voice, LED updates the display function.
