"Disaster Safety System in Railway" is developed specifically for railway industry, which is used to monitor the temperature, wind and other data for the purpose of safety. Whether the monitored data can be access to timely, saved in reason and queried fast directly affect the effectiveness of early warning. By studing the format of data storage and the way of accessing data files, we design the way of data management for this system.First, a specific format of data files has been designed to store the monitoring data. Second, we design the external interface based on the format of data files. Finally, according to the functional requirements of the system, we design the tools which are used to process the data.
