| Traditional Chinese medicine is the crystallization of wisdom of the Chinese, it is important about the country and the world, and it's no doubt researching on it. With the rapid development of science and technology, R&D of new drugs has also been rapid increased. This paper is using computer's data mining technology on traditional Chinese medicine about R&D.In this paper, describes the current state of development of Chinese medicine and the lack of R&D first. Base on the past experience and shortcomings in new drug development, we using the advantages of data mining technology to propose new drug research program. Then the paper describes the state of development on data mining, shows and analysises the classical data mining algorithms. Finally, according to the demand for new drug development, improves the Apriori and AprioriTid algorithms about data mining, apply to the new drug R&D platform.The disturbeing problems about new drug R&D are the data extraction and filtering on prescription data of disease and the correlation about pharmacological effects related to the active ingredients and chemical composition of monomer. In this paper, we use some database technology, such as related searches, participle, and statistics to extract and filter the data. Using Pearson Correlation Coefficient formula and classical algorithms of data mining to analyse chemical composition and pharmacological action. To the end, we can find the ways of new drug combination to provide theoretical support and scientific basis. This research also brings new ideas and methods to the development of new Chinese medicine. |
