With the advent of the digital age, "Digital Library" as the library's ideal "digital empire" is coming into being before us, the digital resource integration of information resources management as an emerging discipline has been widely attention and rapid development of digital information resources has gradually become the mainstream information resource, the network become an important channel for acquiring knowledge and information, how coherent and effective integration of digital resources, eliminating the "digital resource island" and "overload of digital resources," the two phenomena, increase the number dissemination and utilization efficiency of resources, to digital information resources, "big share", is one of the current issue of urgent concern.With the Semantic Web, knowledge, the gradual formation of the grid environment, integration of digital resources supporting technologies become more sophisticated, integrated in the field of digital resources is quietly and rapidly changing.
