Theultimate object of this system is developing a science and logical charge and managementsoftware, which satisfy the demand of the reform of medic care and scientific managementof hospital and promates the informatization construction of hospital . The clinic andin-patient department are the most important department of the hospital ,and the windowswhere the hospital offers medical treatment service to social patients directly. Theinformationization construction of the clinic and in-patient department will influence thedevelopment level of the whole hospital's directly. How to make people go to a doctor moreconvenient, reduce the unnecessary links of queue ,and realize the patient's materials storedenduringly ,prevent from lengthen diagnose time, check repeatedly, increase patient'sfinancial burden and even medical dispute by the cause of loses case history materials andtreat result ,is the hospital informationization that should be solve.Under this background, the thesis expound the design and implementation of thecommunity hospital charge and management system. Through analyse to various kinds ofmodel of data base management system , accord with actual demand of clinic and in-patientdepartment, Adopt B/S (Browser / Server) mode , use the developing tool ofeclipse ,program language of java ,and database of Oracle . The whole system can bedevided into three layers :the presentation layer , the business layer and the persistencelayer.The structure of the division of application system , improve the extensibility andmaintainablity , also due to the use of Java technologies and business layer on applicationsystem construction , middleware , application system can be convenient , flexibledeploying and transplantation .The presentation layer execute the verifying of the userinterface ,provide a controller transfers business logic vicariously and other upper layerdispose ,and provide a model for presentation . The business layer locate between the tow layers described above ,dealing with business logic and vorify of the application ,andmanage the transaction .The persistence layer is absorbed in the realization of dataperstence logic . The presentation layer uses the struts framework ,the persistence layer usesthe hibernate framework ,and the business layer uses the spring framework .Assemble theseframeworks makes every layer communicates with each other in a uncoupling way, havingnothing to do with the technology of sublayer ,make it easier to maintenance andextend .This thesis have stated the development course of The Community hospital chargeand management system and various kinds of technological details. This system met theneed of development of era, improved the efficiency of management and developed.The hospital charge and management system is established on the basis of various servicesin the hospital, in which the information can be generally divided into four categories:information of service process, information of patients, information of expenses andinformation of management. The information of service process refers to theprocess-controlling information produced on the completion of services, such as registerinformation, in-and-out hospital information, information of medicine, etc. The informationof patients and information of expenses refers to the shared information in the range of thesystem needed by patients during and even after the hospital, which is basic information.The information of management is produced by processing of basic information andinformation of service process, such as situation of flowing of patients, average hospitalizeddays, analysis of benefits, etc.First of all, the thesis introduces the objective society environment in which this project isdeveloped and the actual demands of charge and management in hospital;and then itintroduces chief methods and technologies used in this project, analyse the functionalstructure of the system, design the database, explain the key problem by using example inthe development, at last the thesis introduce the extended function of the system in thefuture. According to the real business requirement of charge and management inhospital ,the overall structure of the system is designed based on the B/Sarchitecture .And it use the UML object-oriented method in the development of thissystem .A completely system model is built to meet all requirements of this system.In the thesis"requirement analysis of system funtion"chapter firstly introduces the systemmainly including the outpatient service and hospitalization two aspects . Among them , theoutpatient service part achieved the whole funtion from registration which is the first step topayment the last step. The hospitalization part achieved the whole funtion from inhospital to payment which including hospitalization charge, hospitalization discharge,diagnose management, inhospital information management, etc.The system also havestatistics and system management aspects , it including rights management of the hospital system oprater and some kinds of information search or statistics.The third chapter describes the modeling for this system.Because of the UML method wasused in the design of the system and the analysis of Use-Case and role is the beginning ofthis project. The system was divide by clinic part and hospitalization part to model andanalyse by the real requirements.At the end of this chapter it describe the runningenvironment after the system was deployed.The fourth chapter describes the database designing and the solution of the key problemsfor this system.The database is designed to be key what information system develop, database design want and follow following principles: Consistencies principle, Integralityprinciple, securities principle, elasticity principle, Standardized principle.In a word , this system is a charge and management system developed based on Web , byusing Struts framework, Spring framework, Hibernate framework and other technologies tomeet business needs of clinic and in-patient department in a real hospital.
