WAP as a bearer data services at this stage the most important way of carrying it out of business will consume most of the mobile Internet bandwidth, as data services in the telecom operators to increase gradually the proportion of revenue, WAP will be the main income support for operators One support service, so a good WAP gateway to the operator's data services is very important. This paper designs and implements a WAP portal.This paper describes the system requirements analysis, general design and system implementation development process.In the system requirements analysis phase, because the system used by the user by the operator's administrator responsible for daily management and maintenance, so this two perspectives of users and administrators to the functionality of the system analyzed. From the user's point of view, the system should provide users with friendly, personalized display page, a simple and intuitive mode of operation and certification authority, business show, business purchase, portals adaptation, ring tones function, I and portals, and other full range of services and operations. From the administrator's point of view, the system should provide administrators an intuitive management interface and standard operating procedures, and page production, business management, rights management, UA group management, log management, data statistics, data distribution, personalization management, management functions.In the system design process, first of all based on user and administrator of the system functional requirements of the system are divided into the portal display subsystem, background management subsystem, content management systems, data analysis subsystem, PDDS distributed data services subsystem and other subsystems.1.
