As the fast development of social economy and science and technology, people's living standard has improved conspicuously, meanwhile, the living pace has becoming faster and faster. People begin to realize that except for gene, various kinds of bad habits of our daily life are also the primary factor which causes some kinds of diseases. Hence, comes out the conception of lifestyle-related diseases. People begin to pay more and more attention to self-health, and has an eager desire of preventing diseases in advance. However, many people can not find diseases in time, then delayed the most better opportunity for treatment owing to busy work, lack of doctors and costly medical treatment fee etc.. Nowadays, there has been a great deal of electronic information of medical case of illness. There most probably hides the cause of diseases in the amount of medical case informations. If we can find out the cause to diseases via analyzing the massive medical informations, it would have a tremendous meaning to medical treatment and disease prevention.Data Mining is a new technology to analyze the association rules among massive data. The potential and useful information in massive disordered data can be acquired through data mining. Then the useful information extracted can be used as knowledge in some special related areas to assist specialists making decisions. This thesis makes progress of commonly used Apriori algorithm, proposes a new Apriori algorithm based on event ID. In this thesis association rules are gained from massive medical data through the new Apriori algorithm this thesis proposed, and then the gained association rules are used as knowledge in the prediction system. This thesis aims at making the lifestyle-related diseases prediction system provide better service for people, for families and for the whole society.At last in this thesis the lifestyle-related diseases prediction system is described in detail. The prediction system can automatically give out health-related information of user after the person's basic information put in, and it would also give out some pieces of valuable advice according to the result data, helping people realize self-health conditions quickly and much better in order to make decisions and to adjust earlier, so that the diseases can always keep far away from us.
