This paper first considers stability analysis and control of multiple networked control systems (NCSs) with limited communication. Based on the given communication regulation of width constraints, the NCSs are modeled as periodic switching systems. By using Lyapunov method, stability of the system is analyzed. Applying Elimintion lemma, output feedback controllers is directly constructed via solving a set of LMI and thus it can be easily obtained. Then we study model and control of single NCSs with stochastic time delays. We considers observer based output feedback of NCSs with time delays not only existed between sensor and controller but also existed between controller and actuator. Our proposed method avoids limitations associated with some previously proposed models and the computational complexity in optimal seeking algorithm.
