Because of its wide measurement range, measurement accuracy a bit higher, optical fiber sensor becomes the fastest growing in recent years. Distributed optic fiber temperature sensor is important to use light to measure the temperature sensors. The principle is based on optical fiber in the backward scattering phenomena and the theory of optical time domain reflect meter , it can in the entire length to the distance as the primary form of continuous function to measure the fiber temperature at various points.The article researches and tests in the following four aspects from theory to practical application:First, it demonstrates the current reseraches on distributed optical fiber temperature sensor at home and abroad. This reserch is based on the existing domestic and foreign components and manufacturing processes. Through a variety of comparison and analysis of the possible technical solutions, it determines the way to detect the optical fiber temperature by contrasting the light intensity between spontaneous Raman scattering and Anti-stokes among the fiber Bragg grating sensors and a variety of distributed sensors.Second, through the analysis on the relation between Anti-stokes light and the temperature in practice, and combining with optical time domain reflectometry techniques, the research established the quantitative description of the spontaneous Raman scattering and stimulated Raman scattering, thus providing a theoretical foundation for appropriate application of the distributed fiber-optic temperature sensor in the system.Third, it designed the overall structure of the system hardware. Taking into account the Raman scattering signal optical power, ambient temperature, light current and dark current and thermal noise and other factors, and combining with the comprehensive requirements on working stability, temperature sensitivity, SNR, and several other aspects, this reserch determines the model of various components of the system, thus making the various parts of the link up better.Last, it designed the system software, and is able to achieve the temperature detection and system settings, and it analyzed and solved a number of problems in measurement when combined with the field measurement requirements,and it has achieved good effects.
